The languages from which these phrases are taken are Ngaanyatjarra, which (with its closely related dialect Ngaatjatjarra) is spoken at Warburton Ranges, Jameson, Blackstone, Giles, Cosmo Newbery and Laverton in Western Australia; Wangkatja (or Cundeelee dialect) spoken at Cundeelee; and Pitjanytjatjarra spoken at Wingkilina in the far east of Western Australia and at a great number of centres in the northwest of South Australia.
